Overview:

Converts simcenter-designsafe-vm DS app to run in Tapis v3

PR Status:

  • Ready.
  • Work in Progress.
  • Hold.

Related Jira tickets:

Summary of Changes:

  • Created a new App Definition and tapisjob_app file to work with the wma-exec-01 VM
  • Created a script to map tapis URIs to corresponding corral paths to mount potentially large directories to the app without going through tapis

Testing Steps:

Not a public listing app, use case is within Jupyter notebooks to run custom py scripts for data processing, waiting for complete testing feedback from Pedro Arduino, him + I have gone through this app very thoroughly together
